We guarantee top quality, sustainability and hygiene

Our quality A certified working method

We buy our fish directly in the supplying country and we inspect the fish on site. In our modern industrial hall, we carry out internal audits. When the fish is ready for transport, we ensure conditioned refrigerated and frozen transport. Moreover, our products come from sustainable and responsible farms and fisheries. In this way we guarantee certified top quality, sustainability and hygiene.

ASC-certified Responsibly farmed fish

ASC stands for Aquaculture Stewardship Council. ASC is an independent international non-profit organization that manages and further develops a certification program for responsible fish farming. Fish, crustaceans and shellfish with the ASC quality mark come from farms that demonstrably respect nature and comply with guidelines on social conditions for workers and local communities. Our products meet that requirement.
